U. S. Air Force units
Several U. S. Air Force units have used HPC-COM commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) software solutions. SCOUT© Suspense Tracker has provided TASK WORKFLOW MANAGEMENT support for units of Air Force District of Washington (AFDW) included the 316th Wing (now the 11th Wing), 844th Communications Group, and 79th Medical Wing. The 58th Special Operations Wing has also used SCOUT© Suspense Tracker, increasing operational efficiency. These units have also used the optional SCOUT© Performance Review module to initiate, track, and manage Officer Performance Reviews (OPRs) and Enlisted Performance Reviews (EPRs) as well as track and manage Decorations and Awards. The software was customized to conform to existing processes and procedures and reduce training and natural user resistance to change. Air Force Space Command (ASFPC) has used our software solution PROMOTe© to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of Management Level Review (MLR) board. AFSPC has also used our VIGILANT EAGLE software solution to support the Squadron Commander selection process.

U. S. Army units
HPC-COM software solutions have been used by U. S. Army units. SCOUT© Suspense Tracker provided support for TASK WORKFLOW MANAGEMENT to the U. S. Army Criminal Investigations Laboratory and the Directorate of Information Management for the Army's Installation Management Command (IMCOM). SCOUT© was customized for Army units to support individual unit's specific requirements. Army units are also using or testing other HPC-COM software solutions such as VISIT REQUESTER to track, approve and digitally manage facility visits and CONTRACT TRACKER to manage and track the status of contracts and purchase requests.

DoD Office of Personnel Management
The Department of Defense (DoD) Office of Personnel Management reduced operational costs by migrated from another task management system to SCOUT© Suspense Tracker. HPC-COM migrated data from the legacy system into SCOUT© and supported the transition of extneded on-site training and customization of SCOUT© to conform to existing agency processes. Specialized report formats were created to reduced time for status reporting.

DoD Office of Inspector General
SCOUT© Suspense Tracker has been used to manage, track, report and support the workflow of TASK MANAGEMENT for the Department of Defense Office of the Inspector General (DoD IG). The software was customized to fulfill specific requirements and mold the system to the agency's process and procedures.

Fleetwood Goldco Wyard
Fleetwood Goldco Wyard utilzes our ENVIRON© software solution to manage hazardous materials storage and transportation data. ENVIRON contains chemical data information and the combinations of chemicals to manage the status of materials in storage and the disposition of those materials.

Software customization, installation support and help desk response.

"Support is outstanding!" We requested customization of our implementation of SCOUT Suspense Tracker and the software changes were completed and installed in less than a week.

"Minimal training required" We added on-site training. Training was professional and well delivered. New additions to our unit log on to the online training to get up to speed. It works very well.

"A great support team and help desk" This is our third year using SCOUT and we always get great support from the HPC-COM team. Updates are easy to accomplish. If we experience a problem that SCOUT help desk resolves it quickly.
