The principal technical officer of HPC-COM is Dr. Jack Evan Hughes, Vice President of Internet and Database Technologies. Dr. Hughes has been supporting the Air Force and DoD as a contractor since 1978. He has more than 35 years of multi-media, software development and management, Program Management and business process re-engineering experience. He holds a PhD in Business Administration, a Masters degree in Computer Information Systems and a BA in Business Management. Dr. Hughes is also a certified as a Project Manager by the Project Management Institute (PMP), a specialist in intelligence software systems and has completed the Counterintelligence Analysis Overview course offered by the Joint IntelligenceTraining Academy.
